The Apex on-premises Communications Center, with 50 communicator stations, is a
major in-house asset. In addition to inbound/outbound communication competency we
utilize interactive voice-response servers, e-mail resources, and internet registration
control.
Client stakeholders can access program information via data transfer or unique password-protected
Internet site, or our iPhone or iPad web app. Contacts with speakers, registrants or client field forces are handled
carefully by multiple levels of management to assure appropriate, accurate answers
and rapid registrations.
From the first invitation to the final attendee, our Apex inbound/outbound Communications
